Joel Kizza

Socioeconomic Enumerator

Prior to joining Vital Signs, Joel worked with ID Insight as an Enumerator and Data Entrant on “Impact Evaluation of D-light Solar Lighting Systems in Uganda” as an enumerator. He also worked with Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) on the “Diseases Affecting Children under the Age of 5” project. He has worked as a Research Assistant with Health Child on a project for access and usage of modern contraceptives in resource constrained communities in Eastern Uganda. In 2012, Joel worked as a Research Assistant with the Uganda National Agro-Input dealers Association (UNADA) carrying out an agro-input dealers census. Joel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from Makerere University (Uganda) and majored in Rural Development, and has training Certificates in Project Planning and Management and Computer Applications from Makerere Corporate Initiative Africa.
